Above is the most current meet schedule. Feel free to print it out and ask your coach about which meets would be good for your swimmer.
USA Swimming has two seasons, "short-course" which is held during the fall and winter months. Short-course meets are contested in 25-yard pools (the same size as the Waunakee Aquatic Center). The second season is "long-course", run during the summer months. Long-course meets are held in the traditional Olympic size (50 meter) pools. During long-course season WRAT tries to swim in as many long-course pools as possible. In Wisconsin, most long-course pools are out doors and most of them are not close to Waunakee.
The travel meets we have planned are all excellent meets, and have a place for all the swimmers on our team. Registration for the meets will be on the events pages as soon as we have the sign up information from the host team. Want to read the meet information packet? Please make sure the WRAT home meet is marked on your calendar, this home meet is required for all of our swimmers.
