Welcome to the WRAT- Waunakee Rural Aquatic Team Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! Thank you for choosing WRAT. Special promotions for our new swimmers include

• ALL new 10 and unders may swim for the entire fall session for only $50 (this does not include your USA membership fee nor swim meet entry fees) FOR ALL GROUPS
• A free trial week for all new  swimmers. You must complete the registration process to be eligible for the free trial. If after the free trial week you choose not to continue with our team all your fees will be refunded to you. You must notify WRAT via email that you will not be continuing at the end of the trial week.
• Free water bottle  with all new registrations

We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more. All families are required to place either a current credit card/debit card or a checking account automatic withdrawal (ACH) on their families account. You will be automatically charged monthly for any fees occurring during that month. Families are invoiced on the 21st of each month. All swim fees and family account balances must be paid in full (no negative balances) prior to membership approval and before your swimmer(s) will be allowed to practice with the team.

All new USA Swimmers must complete the USA membership application. Please select the correct form, complete the form and mail to the address on the form with your USA membership fee.  If you are transferring, please complete the transfer form. There is no fee to transfer. Once we have your completed form in addition to your electronic registration and full payment you will be granted access to the website and emailed log in information. Current WRAT members will be automatically renewed and invoiced during the winter session.
